Amidst an ongoing, yet-to-be-settled legal battle, Aliza Sultan has responded to a comment asking whether she and Feroze Khan have reached a compromise. This also comes at a point in time where, according to Express News, Feroze is gearing up for his television comeback.
Responding to a comment that asked whether or not the two have reached a compromise, Aliza said, "Not yet, I am just trying to be a good parent." Feroze, who has been in the news as of late for a plethora of reasons, announced his comeback to his fans on his social media, stating that he was on the set of his new show Khumaar.
Intriguingly, Feroze also addressed him being romantically linked to Najiba Faiz. Both Najiba and Feroze have gone on record to reaffirm their connection as one that is without any trace of romance. Addressing his fans, Feroze said, "Why can't we live and let live? Two people can be friends. They can be emotionally or craft-wise connected. Or, some people could be spiritually connected. Or anything could be bringing them together. So why not just live and let live? I think that'd be really healthy and peaceful for society and for Pakistan at large."
In a previous instance, he made a heartfelt plea to his fans via his official Twitter account, urging them to leave his ex-wife alone. The actor emphasised that whatever issues transpired between them should be left in the past, and he hoped that his fans would support Aliza during this challenging time.
Using the hashtag "Let's All Become Alpha," Feroze took to Twitter to address the situation, urging his supporters to refrain from spreading hate. "I would request my fans to leave Aliza alone. Whatever happened was between us and there’s nothing between us now. it would be great if my people make it easier for her to support and bring her back to ease. Thank you! No more hate people," tweeted the actor.
A fan responded to Feroze, stating, "You want us to support her and bring her to ease, but she never showed that grace to you. She tarnished your reputation and name forever. I commend your growth and wish you the best." As a response, the actor said, "Maybe she did in her own times. Let the merciful be merciful, why interfere again?"
Feroze and Aliza have shared a turbulent history, with domestic violence allegations levelled by the latter towards the former. Supporting her claims, Aliza submitted evidence to the District and Sessions Courts in Karachi East, which included images of bruises allegedly inflicted by Feroze on July 7, 2020, and May 10, 2021. Aliza's family took her for a medico-legal examination at the Postgraduate Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC), and the medical reports were also submitted to the court. The reports confirmed the presence of bruises on her arms and waist, consistent with her claims of being subjected to physical abuse.
Aliza also made a public announcement on her Instagram account on September 1, 2022, revealing her decision to separate from her ex-husband. In her statement, she described their four-year marriage as chaotic and disclosed experiencing "continuous physical and psychological violence, infidelity, blackmail, and degradation". Aliza expressed her desire to protect her children from growing up in a "toxic household." Feroze and Aliza tied the knot in March 2018 and share two children, a boy and a girl.
