The Irishman recently took to Twitter and shared a series of voice notes addressing issues surrounding his anticipated return. However, McGregor’s recent antics have garnered the attention of UFC star Darren Till, who, in his tweet, mocked McGregor. And this likely led Conor to give an update on the entire situation. In the voice notes, McGregor shared that it no longer appears that he will return in December 2023. McGregor, with a tone of determination in his voice, said, “I’m ready, yeah! I’m ready. I wanted an announcement on December 16th. I’ve given everything.” Despite his eagerness to return to the octagon, McGregor acknowledged the shifting circumstances, “So, you know, it’s not going to happen. However, that scenario no longer seems likely, so Conor shifted his attention. USADA testing hindering the return Addressing his plea for assistance, McGregor shifted his attention towards Endeavor CEO Ari Emanuel and Nevada Athletic Commission Executive Director Bob Bennett, expressing, “Ari, my man, I’m ready, yeah. December 16, I’m ready. Anyone who wants to go. The Nevada State Athletic Commission, Bob Bennett, I know he retired, unretire.” Mcgregor continued and added, “Tell him I’m around again. Ring Bob Bennett. Tell the commission what’s the story because I’m being kept from my livelihood here, and it turns out Bob’s retired.”  With Dana White confirming, it’s highly likely that Conor’s next fight in the UFC will happen next year. However, it’s still uncertain whether McGregor has re-entered the USADA testing pool. For him to return to the octagon, he has to remain in the testing pool for a minimum of six months.
