I had only heard positive reports about Qatar Airways Lusaka Office but the experience I got at their Lusaka Office made me one of their dedicated customers. She even helped us sign up for the Privilege Club so we could begin accumulating miles immediately. What truly impressed us was that she treated us as human beings, not merely customers. She was warm, had a sense of humor, and ensured that each of us felt comfortable with our reservations. It's a rarity these days to receive service that is both efficient and humane—and that is precisely what we received at Qatar Airways Lusaka. If you're going with a group of people and you need actual assistance, don't think twice about going there. You'll leave feeling equipped and enthusiastic about your trip.
