Nottingham Forest striker Taiwo Awoniyi has emergency surgery in hospital having played on with injury after colliding with the post - in incident which left owner Evangelos Marinakis fuming
The extent of the injury was only discovered by club medical staff on Monday and Awoniyi was hospitalised for an urgent procedure on Monday.
