He’s one of the owners of Shirt.co, a union print shop specializing in screen printing, embroidery, DTF transfers, promotional products, and branded apparel for businesses, schools, and organizations nationwide. Connor is deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of the company, with a focus on systems, efficiency, and customer experience. He’s passionate about building scalable workflows, leveraging technology and automation, and finding practical ways to improve production speed and accuracy across every department, from art and sales to print, embroidery, and fulfillment.
